Sales Manager - France

As a sales specialist for the France region, you will be responsible for fostering business relationships, collecting leads and monitoring market information. You will apply your commercial skills to identify and communicate the right solutions to create and seize new business opportunities that will increase Driblab's customer base in France.

You will perform day-to-day activities in a dynamic environment and in a fast-growing business. You will act as a lead advisor and strategic consultant to the customer, not only during the initial stages of the sales process, but also during later stages. You will also act as the trusted advisor to potential customers and take responsibility for upcoming customer challenges.

We are recruiting for a position with the following characteristics:

Responsabilities

  • Define and execute the strategic market development plan for the France region and ensure it is in line with the strategic business direction.
  • Create a business pipeline by engaging potential customers and key partners.
  • Identify the best solutions and economic proposals according to each client's needs and individual scenarios.
  • Ability to understand how Driblab consulting works, as well as Driblab Pro software, and translate its benefits to meet clients' needs.
  • Use customer relationship management tools.
  • Present business reviews to the senior management team on progress and next steps.
  • Manage a high volume of interactions and engagements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in the full sales cycle.
  • Track record of establishing and achieving results in all aspects of a sales funnel.
  • Strong and proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise, able to cope with complexity.
  • Eloquence and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders and target potential customers.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French.
  • Positive personality, team-oriented attitude and great attention to detail.
  • Sports enthusiast, especially football.
