In line with our commitment to providing a product that is not only effective and accurate but also easily accessible, we have implemented a series of significant changes that we want to share with you in detail.
Templates are one of Driblab's main tools. Therefore, our goal is to enhance their interactivity and ease of use. To achieve this, we have introduced several modifications in this direction.
- Customizable templates: Each user can now create their own templates. They can decide whether they are public (visible to them and all club members), private (only visible to them), or supervised, which is linked to a hierarchy, where access is determined by the user's rank. Additionally, users can create and delete templates as they wish
- Position-based organization: In the new version, templates will be organized by position.
All users will have access to a set of templates created by Driblab. These templates cannot be deleted but can be hidden. While users do not create their own templates, the Driblab templates will be set as default. However, once users designate their own templates as default, they will have the option to hide the Driblab templates.
In this example, we can see that Test2 is the template we have just created. The eye icon indicates that it is currently visible, but it can be hidden at any time. The trash bin icon means that the template can be deleted.

We will now go into detail with every type of template available. Remember that users can create a new template (doesn’t matter the type of template) from the Templates section in the sidebar.

Types of Templates
1. Radar Templates (Player or Team)
Users can choose between a team radar or a player radar (in this case, specifying the position). It is mandatory to give a name to each Template.

Then, the last step will be the selection of the metrics to combine. You will be only able to create radars combining metrics from the same product. In the future, it will be possible to combine metrics from multiple products, although this feature is not yet available.
The total number of metrics that can be added to a radar will be 20.
2. Stats Templates

In Player Stats, Match Stats, and Player Insights (within the league menu), you will already find this new format. With the update, users will also be able to apply their newly created stats templates in Player Scout and Team Stats.
The total number of metrics that can be added to a stats template will be 40.
3. Season Templates
Users will now also be able to create Season Templates. This will be useful in tools like Player Scout. For example, if a user wants to filter players from the top five leagues, they can create a season template grouping them all together instead of selecting them one by one.

These changes are designed to enhance the user experience by offering more control and customization over how templates are created, shared, and accessed. With the ability to define the visibility of templates—whether public, private, or supervised—users can tailor their workflows to meet specific needs while maintaining the appropriate level of confidentiality and accessibility.
