Real Sporting de Gijon and Driblab sign a partnership agreement.

Real Sporting de Gijón and Driblab have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of strengthening the analysis and talent detection area of the Club’s sports management department.

This alliance underlines Real Sporting’s commitment to innovation and vanguard in all its areas, underlining the Club’s continuous commitment to adapt and prosper in a constantly evolving and demanding sporting environment. In this way, Sporting will have access to a database of more than 200,000 players and all kinds of functionalities that will facilitate the work of the scouting department and the sports management direction, detecting talent according to the needs.

Driblab, founded in 2017, with its innovative approach and deep knowledge in statistical analysis, is a pillar in strategic decision making for elite clubs around the world. The consultancy will provide services through its data platform and experienced insight in all types of technology solutions and player scouting.

For Sporting, “this agreement with Driblab allows us to have a statistical player data tool that will help us in our decision making”.

Marcos Delgado, Driblab’s Director of Strategic Alliances, values the agreement: “It is an honor for us to work together with Real Sporting de Gijón, a club with such an illustrious and prestigious history, committed and ambitious to regain its place among the best.
